Last Bag Standing ("the Game", "we", "us") is a satirical browser board game. By using lastbagstanding.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play.

SATIRE NOTICE

All in-game characters, brands, tokens, "investments", and sponsor copy are satire. Nothing in the Game is financial, legal, or tax advice. Do not ape your rent into anything you read here.

ACCOUNTS

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the Game, harass others, or attempt to break our systems.

PURCHASES

  • Pro Bagholder is a recurring monthly subscription. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to your account.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless noted otherwise. Taxes may apply.
  • Refunds: digital goods are generally non-refundable. Contact us if something went wrong with a charge.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, automate, or reverse-engineer the Game.
  • Harass other players or post illegal content.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute access to paid features.

ADVERTISING

Free play is supported by ads (via Google AdSense). See the Privacy Policy for cookie and opt-out details. Upgrade to Pro or buy Remove Ads to disable ads for your account.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game's code, art, copy, and brand are owned by us. You may share screenshots and result cards for personal, non-commercial use. Don't pass the Game off as your own.

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

CHANGES

We may update these terms as the Game evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
