WHO WE ARE

Last Bag Standing ("the Game", "we", "us") is a satirical browser board game owned and operated by Vaporeon Labs at lastbagstanding.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Account data (only if you sign in): email address and a unique user ID, used to link your Pro / Remove Ads purchase to your account across devices.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store the Stripe customer/subscription IDs and entitlement status.
  • Gameplay state: stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Not sent to our servers.
  • Technical logs: standard server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

COOKIES & ADVERTISING

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit.

  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the game:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Supabase (authentication & database)
  • Google AdSense (advertising)
  • Lovable Cloud (hosting)

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

CHILDREN

The game is satire aimed at adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
